Ballad Tree

SATURDAY & SUNDAY: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
LOCATION: Joel D Valdez Library-Lower Level, Jacome Plaza

BALLAD TREE HOSTS:  Teodoro Ted Rameriz and Don Copler

Ballad Tree imageA tradition here and at other festivals, the Ballad Tree offers musicians an informal setting to present their songs in a round robin format. It could be a tune you just wrote or a song you learned from your grandfather 40 years ago.

This year the Ballad Tree was hosted on both Saturday and Sunday by our TKMA” Membership Guys” Teodoro Ted Ramirez and Don Copler!  Ted & Don hosted a continuous Song Circle both days between 1 and 4 p.m.

The Ballad Tree welcomes beginners and masters players – Ted and Don encourage all acoustic instrument players, singers, poets, storytellers and listeners to stop by and share in our Song Circle.

Everyone is welcome to stop by and enjoy great acoustic folk music. No signups required, so just come on over with your instruments.

Come be part of the Folk Festival experience and have fun visiting with Ted and Don!
